Project Management Training

The Health Visiting programme Locality Leads Jenny Gilmour (Essex) and Sue Mills (Herts & Beds) attended the regional Energising Group in May to cascade project management training to the service development leads, who attend from all the provider organisations in East of England. This excellent training was taken from that given to Early Implementer sites and as such focused on developing practical projects as part of delivering the Healthy Child Programme. Those who attended worked through an example of a HCP project and left with the various tools and frameworks which can be applied to all projects no matter how large or small.  The training was very timely and well received with many saying the tools were just want they needed. Thank you again Jenny and Sue.

These tools will shortly be available electronically from your Service development lead or HV Programme administrator Jessica Ward.
